Drug stories for students

Almost one in seven young people today experiments with illegal drugs. The chance that young people will be confronted with this sooner or later is therefore real.

The Drugstories staff are either experts by experience, prevention workers, teachers or writers. Based on this experience, we not only provide credible and recognisable stories, but we also inform students, make them think and warn them about irresponsible drug use. Important themes such as daring to stand up for your own opinion, dealing with peer pressure, talking about feelings, etc. are addressed.

Thanks to the interactive PowerPoint presentation Drugstories, which includes videos, photos and stories about personal experiences, drugs are becoming more open to discussion in the classroom. Drugstories has already been performed for 200,000 pupils from hundreds of schools. Since the accompanying teachers can also attend the presentation, there can be a follow-up discussion in class afterwards.

‘A cool way of explaining things; you understand the young people: videos, questions, humour...’ (student at the Damiaan Institute, Aarschot)

Drugstories lasts two lessons and is intended for PUPILS (max. 40). It can be part of the school's drug prevention plan, which you can draw up together with a regional prevention worker.

As a teacher, I would like to thank you on behalf of my students! For a vocational student, sitting still for two hours is not that easy, but after asking around (...) most of my students were full of praise for your performance.’ (KTA, Diest)
